You: The customer purchasing Goods from Hira Electric.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the Goods, no reason required. To cancel, contact us at +91-99675 20705 with a clear statement of your intent. The cancellation period expires 7 days after the Goods are delivered to you or a designated third party (excluding the carrier).

Conditions for Returns

Goods are eligible for return if:

• Purchased within the last 7 days.
• Returned in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom-made or personalized Goods.
• Goods unsealed or used in a way that affects health, hygiene, or functionality.

We reserve the right to inspect returned Goods and deny returns if conditions are not met.

Company Responsibility for Returns

Hira Electric is fully responsible for the return process, including costs and logistics:

• Return Shipping: We will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange pickup of the Goods at no cost to you.
• Risk of Loss/Damage: The Company assumes all risk of loss or damage during return transit.
• Refund Process: Upon receiving and verifying the returned Goods, we will issue a full refund within 14 days using your original payment method, at no additional cost to you.
